Association Subscriptions

Mana Law offers monthly subscription services for the association’s that we work with. The fees for our subscription services vary from $100 to $500 per month depending upon the overall size of the association, the annual budget, and the estimated needs throughout the year. Our monthly subscriptions include:

• Unlimited review and revisions to contracts and other legal documents.

• Review, analysis, and revision of your association’s governing documents.

• Drafting correspondence with homeowners and other third parties on behalf of the association.

• Attendance at one association meeting per year.

• Filing appeals for reductions in the common area and association owned property tax bills. (Full association appeals are handled outside of the monthly retainer program).

• Serving as the association’s agent and filing the annual report on behalf of the association.
